Art is our one true global language. It knows no nation, it favors no race, and it acknowledges no class. It speaks to our need to reveal, heal, and transform. It transcends our ordinary lives and lets us imagine what is possible.

A bit about my (hopeful) future grad program!

I just finished applying here…Actually got a call yesterday to make an appointment for an interview! Anyone know anything about how I should prepare for one?? What kind of questions to they ask? Interviewing for minimum wage jobs is definitely not proper preparation, haha. I need to polish my skills.

First steps.

Hello all! This is my first attempt at a blog, so bear with me. My name is Dani, I am a senior at Eastern Washington University. I want to share art and art therapy related web things with friends, family, and those who are interested. Why? Well, I want some sort of a medium for support as I begin pursuing an education in art therapy counseling. Please please share with with me the ways of tumblr if you have a suggestion, since i’m a newbie. Also I love new art friends so don’t be shy! Thanks for followin!:)
